When you buy a Themeshawk theme, you receive:

• Theme Files: Ready-to-install files for your CMS or platform.

• Six Months of Support: Direct assistance from the Themeshawks' team for theme-related questions, functionality, and bug fixes (extendable to 12 months for a small fee).
• Lifetime Updates: Free updates to ensure compatibility with the latest CMS versions and plugins.
• Note: Stock images or premium plugins shown in demos may require separate licenses.

We offer two licenses:

Regular/Personal License: This license can be used only for one personal website. With this license, you can't resell or redistribute the template or the end product based on it.

Extended/Commercial License: With this license, you and your clients can create up to five different websites. The license allows you to transfer or resell the end products (websites based on this template).

Our Themeshawks' support team is here to assist during your six-month support period (extendable to 12 months). We help with:

• Questions about theme features and customization options.
• Guidance on setup and compatibility with third-party plugins.
• Fixing bugs or minor defects (updates are provided to all buyers when applicable).

How to Get Support:

• Expect a response within 24–48 hours during business days. We’ll announce any short breaks (e.g., holidays) via our ThemeForest support tab.
• Support does not include installation services, customizations beyond the theme’s features, or third-party plugin issues. For custom work, we can recommend trusted freelancers.
