Digital Product Refunds
Since all products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a product is purchased and downloaded.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The product is completely unusable and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- You purchased the same item twice by mistake
Refunds are not provided for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”)
- Lack of knowledge about how to use the theme
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins not supported by our themes
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
